Nudae was created to close the gap between what women need from healthcare and what the system provides.
With over 20 years of combined experience in the healthcare sector, our team has worked with thousands of doctors, clinicians, and healthcare providers across the UK, gaining deep insight into where the system works and where it falls short.
Nudae was born from personal experiences of navigating hormonal imbalances, gut issues, fatigue, anxiety, and years of unanswered questions. We wanted a system that didn’t just treat illness, but empowered women to understand their bodies and act early. So we built it.
Ashly
Ashly grew up surrounded by healthcare, which shaped her early understanding of how the system works and the critical role prevention often fails to play. Her commitment to women’s health stems from her personal journey. Living with severe ADHD and feeling overlooked within traditional healthcare made her realise just how many women are left without answers or proactive support. This experience became the driving force behind her mission to reimagine how women access care creating a more preventative, empowering and female-centred approach through Nudae.
Chloe
After facing her own misdiagnoses and hormonal and gut issues, she set out to redesign women’s healthcare shifting the focus from reactive treatment to proactive, personalised care.Her passion for women’s health is deeply personal. After years of navigating her own health struggles from misdiagnosis to persistent hormone skin, and gut issues Chloe experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to get clear answers and proactive care. This journey inspired her mission to create a more empowering, preventative, and female-focused approach to health and ultimately led to the founding of Nudae.
