Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nudae, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligible Refunds

Blood Tests:

  • You may cancel and receive a full refund if your blood draw appointment has not yet taken place.
  • Once the sample has been collected, no refunds can be issued.

Gut & Genetic Kits:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the kit has not yet been dispatched.
  • Our gut and genetic kits are normally dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
  • If the kit arrives damaged or unusable, we will replace it or refund you (photo proof required).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any opened or used kits.
  • Completed test kits that have been processed by the laboratory.
  • Blood tests that have already taken place.
  • Shipping costs, unless the kit was faulty or damaged on arrival.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email hello@nudaehealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
